SERVICES
Booking transactions of our guests in Bali Villa, King Suite, Göl Villa and Honeymoon Suite of our hotel IC Green Palace shall be carried out by a separate reservation department. The flight details of our guests shall be obtained previously by our Guest Relations Department and our guests will be met and picked up with Limousine from the airport by an appointed hostess from our Customer Relations Department, and the hotel transfer will be fulfilled regularly. C/In shall be done at the special desk of Residence in Hotel Lobby and the champagne will be served to our guests at the same time. Our experienced personnel from the Guest Relations Department shall give all necessary information to our guests related to our hotel and the services. The appointed person shall accompany to the guests to their rooms and meanwhile the C/In transaction shall be executed. In the end of the holiday, our guests shall be transferred to the airport personally by accompaniment of our hostess from the Guest Relations Department by Limousine service. The C/In transactions are carried out by our personnel and all requirements and needs of our guests shall be fulfilled accordingly.Services given by the guest relations department.After our guests had settled in the rooms, one of our personnel from the Guest relations Department appointed by the Residence Directorate will visit the guests and ask them to fill up the request forms related to their wishes and requirements. The special days, hobbies, reading and sportive habits and the preference of using the parts of the hotel shall be learned and followed up daily.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
The housekeeping services in Bali Villa, King Suite, Göl Villa and Honeymoon Suite are carried out by Housekeeping Department within the body of Residence Directorate. Each unit shall have permanent cleaning personnel for the morning and evening periods. The daily cleaning controls of Bali Villa, King Suite, Göl Villa and Honeymoon Suite shall be carried out by the housekeeper and the Residence Manager personally. The rooms shall be equipped with the bathroom cloth that is Bulgarian branded, beach towel, bathrobe, and the bathroom slippers. The appointed cleaning personnel shall fulfill the Turn Down services of the rooms every evening.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES
Service personnel shall be charged for each unit in the room service for 24 hours. The breakfast and dinner shall be served in a special A la Carte Restaurant and be performed by a professional Food &Beverage Personnel under the strict control of Residence Directorate. The rooms shall be equipped with the sparkling wine, De Luxe Fruit basket, Bar Setup, hors d'oeuvres and daily newspaper according to the nationally of the guest. In the last day of the holiday of our guests, a special supper in a special place shall be organized in order to allow them to remember their holidays with special and unforgettable moments by offering them the menu including whatever they wish.
SWIMMING POOL & BEACH SERVICES
The transport of our guests to the swimming pool and the beach shall be made by the allocated private car. All necessary beach tools shall be offered to our guests on the beach and at the swimming pool; the private beach service is designed special to our hotel guests.
